Frannie is a rather large California Sea Lion. She loves spending her days eating fish and laying in the sun on the docks.
She has lived by the piers in San Francisco for a very long time.
Frannie knows almost every boat in the bay, so she is the perfect sea lion to help Freeman and Simon find their way to Monterey Bay.
